Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to within New York State.
 
When will I be billed?
Your Credit Card will only be charged when the order ships. Backorders will be charged and shipped as they become available. You will not be charged shipping fees a second time on backordered products.
 
What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your order will be billed to your credit card by our corporate Merchant Account "Monster Woodshop".

Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
At the moment we do not ship international orders.   Orders for inlays and laser-cut woodparts cannot be shipped to AK, HI and any of the other territories or possessions outside the contiguous U.S.
 
Shipping large or heavy items:
Due to weight and size a small number of items on our site will be shipped via Freight as opposed to a standard carrier such as UPS or USPS.  All of these items will be be displayed with the following:
IMPORTANT SHIPPING FEES: THESE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BY FREIGHT. PRIOR TO PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH EXACT FREIGHT CHARGES.

Orders:
 
When will my order ship?
NOTE: Most of our domestic veneers such as maple, oak , cherry walnut, etc.. are usually in stock, however some species will have to be produced and may take any where from 3 - 8 business days to produce.  It's best to call us to find out current inventories and working time on specific species. Our warehouses are located in several states and we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are: Fed Ex U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS or (for oversized or heavy items) Freight.

Backorders:
Although we try to make sure all of the products you are purchasing are in stock, there are times when one or more of those items need to be backordered  for more than 10 working days.   In such cases, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible via e-mail or phone.  We will only charge and ship out the products that are available. Immediately after your backordered product becomes available, it will be sent to you.
 
Discontinued Items:
If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you and let you know if there are any recommended replacement items.
 
Adjustments and Returns:
If any part of your order is damaged, or you are dissatisfied with it, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund.  All flexible veneers, inlays and inlay borders are refundable up to 30 days, only if there is a manufacturing defect. A 30 percent re-stocking fee will be charged for processing the return and re-packaging. Please note that specially ordered or customized products are not returnable unless defective.

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR VENEERS
Seller warrants merchandise to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability for use and results of materials purchased under this agreement. Seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, except as stated herein.

Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of material and/or merchandise proved defective.

No credit or claim for material returned to Seller will be allowed until such return has had prior written approval. Terms for return of merchandise will be stated when written approval is sent.

Seller will not accept any claims for adjustment under its warranty or any requests for return of material after ninety (90) days following shipment of such material
