Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to within New York State.
 
When will I be billed?
Your Credit Card will only be charged when the order ships. Backorders will be charged and shipped as they become available. You will not be charged shipping fees a second time on backordered products.
 
What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your order will be billed to your credit card by our corporate Merchant Account "Monster Woodshop".

Shipping: Please note that additional charges may apply if you live within the states colored in red. If you have placed your order online, we will contact you with the total shipping charges prior to processing your order.  Please see map below. You may also call us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.

Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
We do not normally ship international orders.    Additional shipping fees also apply for orders shipped to AK, HI and any of the other territories or possessions outside the contiguous U.S.  Please contact us for shipping quotes.

When will my order ship?
NOTE: Most of our domestic veneers such as maple, oak , cherry walnut, etc.. are usually in stock,  and ship the same day you place your order or the following day and if not ready to ship, should ship within 5-6 business days. Some species will have to be produced and may take up to 8 business days to produce.  It's best to call us to find out current inventories and working time on specific species. Our warehouses are located in several states and we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are: Fed Ex U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS or (for oversized or heavy items) Freight.

Backorders:
Although we try to make sure all of the products you are purchasing are in stock, there are times when one or more of those items need to be backordered  for more than 10 working days.   In such cases, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible via e-mail or phone.  We will only charge and ship out the products that are available. Immediately after your backordered product becomes available, it will be sent to you.
 
Discontinued Items:
If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you and let you know if there are any recommended replacement items.
 
Adjustments and Returns:
If any part of your order is damaged, you may return it within 15 days for a replacement or refund. Note; there will be a 30% re-stocking fee for return order if returned after 30 days of delivery. To arrange for a return please call customer service 1 888 506 6678 during office hours Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON VENEERS
Seller warrants merchandise to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability for use and results of materials purchased under this agreement. Seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, except as stated herein.

Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of material and/or merchandise proved defective.

No credit or claim for material returned to Seller will be allowed until such return has been approved.

Seller will not accept any claims for adjustment under its warranty or any requests for return of material after (15) days following shipment of such material
