Adjustments and Returns:
If any part of your order is damaged, or you are dissatisfied with it, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund. All flexible veneers,
inlays and inlay borders are refundable up to
30 days, only
if there is a manufacturing defect. Please note that specially ordered
or customized products are not returnable unless defective. ALL CLEARANCE AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

When will my order ship?
Our warehouses are located in several states, therefore your order
may arrive in multiple packages, however your order will arrive promptly
within 5 to 7 business days. Our warehouses will determine the
most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be
used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS or (for oversized or heavy
items) Freight. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax
depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to. |

Backorders:
Although we try to make sure all of the products you are purchasing are
in stock, there are times when one or more of those items need to be
backordered. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay
as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. We will only charge and
ship out the products that are available. Immediately after your
backordered product becomes available, it will be sent to you. |

Discontinued Items:
If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you and
let you know if there are any recommended replacement items. |
