Adjustments and Returns:
If any part of your order is damaged, or you are dissatisfied with it, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
A 30 percent re-stocking fee will be charged for processing the return
and re- packaging. All flexible veneers,
inlays and inlay borders and wood parts are refundable up to
30 days, only
if there is a manufacturing defect. Please note that specially ordered
or customized products are not returnable unless defective. ALL CLEARANCE AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON
VENEERS
Seller warrants merchandise to be free from defects in material and
workmanship. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability for use
and results of materials purchased under this agreement. Seller makes no
other warranty, expressed or implied, except as stated herein.
Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price
of material and/or merchandise proved defective.
No credit or claim for material returned to Seller will be allowed until
such return has had prior written approval. Terms for return of
merchandise will be stated when written approval is sent.
Seller will not accept any claims for adjustment under its warranty or
any requests for return of material after ninety (90) days following
shipment of such material

When will my order ship?
NOTE: Most of our domestic veneers such as maple, oak , cherry
walnut, etc.. are usually in stock, however some species will have
to be produced and may take any where from 3 - 8 business days to
produce. It's best to call us to find out current inventories and
working time on specific species. Our warehouses are located in several
states and we will determine the
most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are:
Fed Ex U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS or (for oversized or heavy
items) Freight.

Backorders:
Although we try to make sure all of the products you are purchasing are
in stock, there are times when one or more of those items need to be
backordered for more than 10 working days. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay
as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. We will only charge and
ship out the products that are available. Immediately after your
backordered product becomes available, it will be sent to you. |

Discontinued Items:
If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you and
let you know if there are any recommended replacement items. |
