I have a bissell power steamer that has been having issues. The problem is that the water doesn’t seem to pick up at all. It’s like the water is just sitting there.
I’ve tried everything. I’ve cleaned the filter, I’ve cleaned the spout, I’ve turned the water on and off, and I’ve even tried washing it with soap and water. But it still doesn’t work.
This video will show you how to fix your bissell power steamer not picking up water.
The first thing you need to do is check to make sure that the water is actually flowing. If it’s not, then you will have to change the filters. You can do this by turning the handle counterclockwise to open the lid, and then you can remove the filter.
Next, you will have to remove the cover and clean the inside of the unit. Make sure that you don’t miss any parts of the machine. Then, you can use a small screwdriver to pry off the screws and remove the cover.
After you’ve removed the cover, you will have to wash the inside of the unit with soap and water. You can do this by turning the handle clockwise to turn the water on, and then you can turn the handle counterclockwise to turn the water off.
You should also make sure that the water is flowing when you are washing the inside of the unit. If you don’t, you will need to clean the filters.
Next, you will have to clean the spout. You can do this by turning the handle counterclockwise to open the lid, and then you can remove the spout. Then, you can use a toothbrush or a rag to clean the spout.
The next thing you will have to do is check the filter. If it’s clogged, you will need to replace it. You can do this by turning the handle clockwise to open the lid, and then you can remove the filter. Then, you will have to clean the filter with a brush.
You will also have to replace the water if it’s not flowing. To do this, turn the handle clockwise to open the lid, and then you can turn the handle counterclockwise to turn the water on.
Finally, you will need to turn the handle clockwise to open the lid, and then you can turn the handle counterclockwise to turn the water off.
