Disconnect the power supply from the mains. Remove the back panel from the washer. Look for two thin black wires connected to a plastic rectangle. You can remove this plastic rectangle by pulling it out gently. Now, remove the black plastic cover (it should be attached to the back panel with four screws) and detach the black plastic clip from the end of one of the wires. Finally, reattach the black plastic cover to the back panel and tighten all the screws. Connect the black wire to the (+) terminal on the reset button of the sensor. Now, press the reset button and turn the knob to ‘start’. Let the machine run for about five minutes and then stop it. Remove the two black plastic clips that were removed earlier from the two thin black wires. Connect these wires to the (-) terminals of the sensor. Now, turn the knob to ‘stop’ and start the washing machine again. Continue this procedure till the washing machine is finished and you will find that the sensor is working fine and there is no need to reset it.
