How Does a Washing Machine Pump Work?
The idea behind a washing machine is pretty simple. You put in the clothes, start the machine, and then wait for it to finish. The machine pulls water through the system and uses it to wash the clothes.
But there are a few different ways that the water gets pulled through the machine.
The most common way to pull water into the washing machine is through a system of hoses. A hose has two ends: an inlet and an outlet. The hose is connected to the inlet of the washing machine, and the outlet is connected to a sink or tub.
When you turn on your machine, water will flow through the hose, down to the inlet, through the machine, and out to the tub.
There are two different types of pumps used in washing machines. They are an impeller pump and a piston pump. The different types of pumps have different names because they use a different type of mechanism. But what they all have in common is that they move the water around inside the system.
An impeller pump works by having a rotating shaft with blades attached to it. These blades create an eddy current that pushes the water through the system.
