LG Top Load Washer Repair Problems and Solutions
Do you have an LG Top Load Washer? If yes, then you are in the right place. Here, I am going to share with you some of the common repair problems and solutions.
1. Water Pump Problem
Most of the time, the water pump in the washer stops working. When the water pump stops working, it will not supply water to the washer and that will make the washing machine stop. The solution to this is just replacing the water pump.
2. Leaking Tub
Tub is the most important part of the washer and if it leaks then you will have to replace the tub. If you don’t know how to fix this problem, then I suggest you to contact the service centre of your nearest dealer.
3. Noisy Motor
When the motor starts to make noise, it means that the belt has worn off. If you are not a mechanic, then you can try and replace the belt.
4. Broken Drum
If you find that the drum has broken down, then you need to replace it.
5. Overheating
If the washer is overheating, then you will have to open the cabinet and check whether the temperature is normal.
6. No Water Inlet
If you find that the washer is not getting any water, then the water inlet is blocked. To fix this problem, you will have to clean the water inlet.
7. Water Valve
When the water valve is not working, then you will have to disconnect the water pipe and open the water valve.
8. No Power
If the washer is not working, it might be because of the power outage. Try to reconnect the power and restart the washer.
